Full renovation of an existing 3,200 square foot Taco Bell converting it into a Miguel’s JR restaurant. Work included a new kitchen, dining room, exterior patio, and landscaping.
Miguel’s JR secured the lease for the existing building as the Taco Bell was still in operation. Visioneering had to design/coordinate with all consultants without being allowed into the building in order to complete design documents need for construction permitting. Construction was to start immediately after Taco Bell vacated the premises.
